Refunds & Exchange Policies

1. Overview: We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, in the event that a refund or exchange is required, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties. 2. Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refund requests will be considered within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) is required for a refund.
    • Non-refundable items:Custom fabricated products where the customer provided drawings and or dimensions on one of our many templates are excluded  from the refund policy.
  • Refund Process:

    • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
    • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Restocking Fee:

    • restocking fee of 15 - 25% of the original purchase price may be applied to refunds on items returned.
    • This fee helps cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the returned items.

3. Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are available within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • The item being exchanged must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
    • Proof of purchase is required for an exchange.
  • Exchange Process:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 30-day period to initiate the exchange.
    • Exchanges will be processed based on item availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund (less any applicable restocking fees) will be issued.
    • If the exchanged item is of a higher value than the original item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. Conversely, if the exchanged item is of a lower value, a store credit or partial refund will be issued.
  • Restocking Fee:

    • restocking fee of 15 - 25% of the original purchase price may be applied to exchanges where the item is returned and replaced with a different item.

4. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Custom fabricated products
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

5. How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@durableblastparts.comto request a return or exchange authorization.
  • You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as instructions on how to return the item.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with detailed photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will provide you with a full refund or exchange at no extra cost, and no restocking fee will be applied in such cases.

7. Shipping and Handling Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees back to the original supplier for refunds or exchanges unless otherwise specified.

8. Changes to the Refund and Exchange Policy: We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all returns or exchanges made after the date of the update.
